What to Expect at Your First Appointment

When you come in for your first visit, please bring your dental insurance card and arrive a few minutes early to complete your new patient paperwork if you haven’t done so in advance. Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking. If you have been advised to take antibiotics before dental treatment, please follow those instructions; if you are not sure whether this applies to you, check with your doctor before your appointment.

Your initial visit includes a comprehensive oral evaluation, after which our team will build a personalized treatment plan focused on helping you achieve and maintain a healthy smile. We encourage you to ask questions and discuss your concerns openly.

Whether you’re in for a routine cleaning, a single filling, or a complete smile transformation, we’re here for you. Beyond your smile, quality dental care supports your overall health and wellbeing. If you have a special event coming up or simply want to feel more confident, ask us about our whitening services and other cosmetic options. We want you to feel great about your smile every single day. For your convenience, patient forms are available online — use the links below to submit them before your appointment.
