CareCredit

We accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that helps patients cover out-of-pocket dental costs not included in their insurance plan. Approval is required, but once enrolled you can use your CareCredit account for future treatments as well.

CareCredit makes managing dental expenses more flexible by allowing you to pay in installments rather than all at once. It’s a popular option for patients who want to budget for their care without delaying treatment. Insurance Policy

Dental insurance works differently from medical insurance, so we encourage you to review the benefit booklet provided by your carrier to understand exactly what your plan covers and what your financial responsibility may be.

At the time of your visit, we will provide a coverage estimate based on the information available from your insurer — please keep in mind that this is an estimate and not a guarantee of payment. As a courtesy to our patients, we submit all insurance claims on your behalf, though the balance remains your responsibility regardless of what the insurance company pays. If the amount covered is more or less than the estimate, your account will be adjusted with either a billing statement or a credit.

Please reach out before your appointment if you have questions about our financial policies or payment options. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and we offer financing through CareCredit. For appointment changes, we ask for at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
